About Christina of Bolsena

Christina was a virgin martyr from Bolsena. According to her passio, she was the daughter of a pagan official who converted to Christianity. Despite severe torture—including being shot with arrows—she maintained her faith. Her martyrdom occurred during Diocletian's persecution. While legendary elements may embellish her story, she was genuinely venerated from early times.
