About Attilanus

The Life of Froilán was written around 920 and is the earliest narrative source for Atilano. It places the two men together but does not explicitly make Atilano a participant in each later monastery foundation narrated for Froilán.Later charters name Atilano in transactions between 907 and 917. These attestations establish documentary appearances, but should not be expanded into unrecorded details of his ministry.
