Barulas

About Barulas

Eusebius’s account of Romanus does not name Barulas, and Prudentius later describes a child without giving that name. Barulas appears by name in subsequent tradition as the boy executed during Romanus’s trial at Antioch. That later identification and paired commemoration are received tradition, not an independently attested biography.
