Agricius of Trier

About Agricius of Trier
Agricius was a bishop of Trier whose participation at the council of Arles in 314 is historically attested. The official account distinguishes this evidence from an eleventh-century life connected with Helena.
Later tradition associated him with Trier’s cathedral and the arrival of important relics. Those traditions do not establish the story that he had previously been patriarch of Antioch.
His burial is associated with Saint Maximin in Trier.
