Aquilinus of Fossombrone
About Aquilinus of Fossombrone
Aquilinus is remembered with a group of martyrs at Fossombrone in central Italy. The church account associates their deaths with the persecution under Diocletian and Maximian.
It notes that the group’s first five names, including Aquilinus, appear in the Roman Martyrology. The shared notice does not provide an individual occupation, family history or precise execution year for Aquilinus.
