Biography
Auger of Toul
About Auger of Toul
Auger is traditionally placed among the bishops of Toul in the early seventh century. The Nominis account gives 614–629 as the probable period of his episcopate.
His later cult is better represented in the notice than his life. It describes liturgical remembrance at Épinal and the transfer of his relics there in 1644.
His commemoration is recorded on December 1.
