Moses the Wonderworker of the Kiev Caves
About Moses the Wonderworker of the Kiev Caves
Moses lived at the Kiev Caves monastery in the thirteenth or fourteenth century. The Orthodox Church in America's notice describes his prayer through psalmody and repeated prostrations, together with chains and a heavy copper cross used in his ascetic discipline. It attributes miracles to him and locates his relics in the Far Caves. This Moses is distinct from Moses the Hungarian. No exact birth or death year is supplied.
